At Greco-Linden Hills Painting and Wallcovering Company, we have intentionally kept our company small, as a one crew operation, with Steve Triantafilou as a working owner. Our small size enables and allows us to work one-on-one with our clients from estimating through completion, communicating and working with Steve the owner.

In April 2010 the EPA mandated into law, new regulations regarding lead paint. Many houses built before 1978 may contain lead. Painting contractors working on houses built before 1978 need to be lead certified. On November of 2010 we received our lead certification. We test each job for lead, and take the appropriate measures to minimize exposure and contamination to your family and pets, and home

For your protection and peace of mind, we furnish the appropriate insurance, bonds, licenses and lead safe certificates before any work begins.

Our wet and vacuum sanding system assures that over 99% of the potential dust conventional sanding would create never enters your home's airspace sparing your family, pets, and our painters from breathing large amounts of dust that could linger in your home for decades. Rooms not worked upon are sealed off daily for dust control, and opened up every evening for minimum disruption to daily living. SUSTAINABLE GREEN APPLICATIONS

  • At Greco-Linden Hills we take environmental concerns very seriously. We start with the extensive use of our HYBRID truck. Most of our errands from estimating, to picking up materials, as well as some small jobs are done with our HYBRID truck. We are extremely careful to leave as little environmental impact as possible by reducing waste, recycle materials where possible, dispose of waste properly, use low or zero VOC paints where available, donate materials and equipment to worthy charities, among other measures. We strive to use methods of application that do not generate hazardous waste.

  • We offer a wide range of color consulting services to help and guide our clients. For most projects we bring into your home an accredited paint colorist for free.
